We understand that sometimes, an item is just not quite right. Returns can be made within 30 days when accompanied with a copy of your original invoice. Without a copy of the original invoice, items can be returned for exchange or store credit only.

Please mark the package ATTENTION: Online Store Return and include a copy of the original invoice. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are happy to send a UPS Return Shipment label which can be used at any UPS dropbox or for pick-up from your home or business for a $4 fee plus the cost of UPS shipping. TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM: Pewabic will gladly exchange any item for another color or different item within 30 days of your original purchase without charging additional shipping fees to you*. We will contact you via email or phone with a date you can expect your new item to ship.
