We understand that sometimes, an item is just not quite right. Returns can be made within 30 days when accompanied with a copy of your original invoice. Without a copy of the original invoice, items can be returned for exchange or store credit only.
TO MAKE A RETURN: Please email pewabicstore@pewabic.org or call (313)822-0954 x114 to get an RMA code. This code must appear on the OUTSIDE of the package. Please mark the package ATTENTION: Online Store and include a copy of the original invoice. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are happy to send a UPS Return Shipment label which can be used at any UPS dropbox or for pick-up from your home or business for a $4 fee plus the cost of UPS shipping. Please email or call the number listed above to request this service.
Please note that we do not keep credit card information in file unless you instruct us to do so when creating your online account. A member of our staff will contact you for this information when processing your return.
