Pewabic's Bunny Plate was created using an existing mold found in our Archives. The mold was copied and physically enhanced after years of storage. This design by Mary Stratton, circa 1935, was originally influenced by the motifs of Dedham Pottery, an Arts & Crafts era pottery located in Massachusetts. Rabbits, fruits, and landscape designs lined the outer rim of their tableware. The well known Dedham rabbits showed up on several other historic Pewabic pieces, including bookends. We are proud to offer this piece of history to you for your collection.
Plate measures 8.5" in diameter.
